In service and support, we offer a range of walk-in or depot service, maintenance contracts, and on-site guarantees. Easily the largest growth expected to be seen by PrinterWorks West will be seen in selling service contracts and associated 4-hour guaranteed service level agreements with our existing clients. Moreover with every new client PrinterWorks West gains an opportunity to support their existing printers, fax machines and copiers.
Preventive Maintenance (Cleanings)
Preventive Maintenance (PM) includes disassembly of printer with complete cleaning. Printer is vacuumed and wiped clean of paper dust and toner. Printer is inspected with specific attention given to pick-up rollers, delivery rollers and fuser assembly. Details on each printer are recorded in a service spredsheet and reported back to the client folowing the PM regime.

Onsite Service includes a certified and qualified technician responding within 8 business hours of the initial call. All on-site and depot service includes preventive maintenance. Total Print Management (TMP)
